California Wildfire Claims
In October 2017, Northern California wildfires burned more than 8,000 homes, desolating lawns, consuming garages, causing smoke damage and killing 40 people. Power lines operated by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company may have contributed to the spark.
Despite the devastating impact, the fires cannot diminish the right to self-defense. Johnson Law Group has partnered with a team of expert investigators that are examining the corporate failures which may be associated with the California wildfires.
Potential injuries include:
- Burns
- Smoke Inhalation
- Death
Affected residents in Napa, Lake, Sonoma, Mendocino, Butte and Solano counties may be eligible to file claims, including:
- Personal Injury
- Homeowner Property Damage
- Business Interruption/Loss
- Commercial Property Damage
Business interruptions, lost revenue, property damage and personal injuries directly caused by the fires won’t go unchallenged. Johnson Law Group refuses to let families and enterprises be consumed by corporate negligence.
